Breast Augmentation (Implants) Photos

This patient had some constriction and a wide space preoperatively. The patient chose a transumbilical approach for breast augmentation. A submuscular approach was chosen to give a more natural takeoff at the superior aspect of the implant and to provide better camouflage for the implant. She opted for saline augmentation with high profile 525 ml implants.
Dr. Hughes created breasts with more fullness in the midline and breasts that are lifted and with better projection. Dr. Hughes’s attention to detail allows him to take less than ideal breast anatomy and create round, full breasts.
