This is a 49 year old female who had two pregnancies and a previous surgery that created an enormous midline scar. She was requesting improvement of her loose skin and the scar. Dr. Hughes was able to achieve a dramatic change with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) alone. Notice the much improved contour and low, flat, well-placed scar in the postoperative picture on the right.
