Despite having many more pictures of results for patients than other surgeons in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and everywhere else, some patients claim that they can find no one with a similar physique. This can be attributed to the fact that these individuals cannot identify with other physiques and are unable to determine similar physiques to their own. Frequently, a patient will actually believe that he or she is thinner than any patient in Dr. Hughes’s galleries. This patient is another extremely thin patient who Dr. Hughes was able to transform with truncal liposuction (liposuction 360) and Brazilian buttlift with fat transfer to the hips. Notice the improvement in waist to hip ratio, buttock enlargement, and buttock roundness.
