This was a revision liposuction patient from another surgeon on the other side of the country. This patient had liposuction 360 (abdomen, sides, lower back, bra rolls) and fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian buttlift, BBL). It is really impossible to achieve a better, smoother result. Some patients use the term perfection for some of the results, though we all understand that this is never really possible. However, Dr. Hughes generates consistent, outstanding results on the table. The only issues occur when patients do not follow the postoperative instructions or fail to take care of themselves from a health perspective.
