This patient had obvious skin laxity particularly in the lower part of the abdomen as well as a great deal of fat in the circumferential trunk. Dr. Hughes performed liposuction 360 or 360 degree liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. Liposuction and the Brazilian buttlift can really produce a much better hourglass figure with better buttock roundness, projection, and symmetry.
