Case #8231

This patient had some loose skin on the abdomen, but she wanted to undergo liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and lower back with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. She obviously represents a thinner patient and the goal to is get a dramatic result while maintaining smoothness even in those patients with a looser skin envelope. This ability to extract fat maximally and retain smoothness is seldom realized and requires immense skill.
