This very small and very thin patient underwent 420 cc round butt implant placement with Dr. Kenneth Hughes in Los Angeles. This is a dramatic improvement in butt roundness and fullness as well as hips. The butt implant is very large for this patient’s frame, and yet it is impossible to tell that she has butt implants.
