This patient had two previous pregnancies and did not have good skin as evidenced by the stretchmarks in the preop. However, a large volume liposuction by Dr. Hughes and meticulous postoperative care by Dr. Hughes, his team, and the patient produced a very nice result without a tummy tuck.
