This patient’s profile view shows the dramatic flattening effect of the abdominal wall after tummy tuck. Notice the tummy pooch in the preop photo. The fascia overlying the muscles of the abdominal wall is tightened to give this flat look in the postop photo. This patient’s contour was restored to her more youthful contours.
