This patient wanted a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation (mommy makeover). The changes in the breasts and the abdomen are dramatic. The implant was a 500 ml saline implant placed in a submuscular plant. The patient could have benefited from a breast lift, but she liked the more natural look with some degree of droop. In addition, she could have benefited from liposuction around the waist and hip areas, but the patient deferred. The liposuction and breast lift can always be done at a later date and is sometimes the safest thing to do.
