This patient underwent transaxillary placement of 300 cc pec implants, custom fabricated for his chest wall and anatomy.
The incisions are small and are well placed within the hair bearing area of the armpits. The patient had some chest etching and contouring with liposuction as well to reduce lateral chest fullness.
