This patient had previous surgery elsewhere including a tummy tuck. The patient was troubled with the sagging buttock and the very marbled looking cellulite of the buttocks and thighs. Dr. Hughes performed liposuction of the back and lateral thighs along with a posterior body, buttock, and lateral thigh lift. Finally, the fat harvested from the liposuction was used to improve the appearance and volume of the buttocks with a Brazilian buttlift approach. This is the type of result that requires mastery of multiple surgeries that few plastic surgeons, if any, can duplicate.
