This patient underwent liposuction of the abdomen, sides, lower back, and flanks (liposuction 360) and fat transfer to the buttocks. The Brazilian buttlift is possible for very thin patients who weigh less than 120 lbs, 110 lbs, or even 100 lbs, depending upon height. Some thinner patients may prefer butt or gluteal implants rather than BBL and that is perfectly fine as well.
