This 48 yo female patient is two weeks postop after breast augmentation and full breast lift. The results are about as perfect as can be expected, and the scars will fade over the next several months. Dr. Hughes corrected the droopy nature of the breasts and improved the roundness of the breasts. The breast implant was a 325 ml moderate saline implant placed in a submuscular plane.
The amount of lift that the patient received is amazing. This lift is called an anchor lift, full breast lift, inverted T lift, or Wise pattern lift (mastopexy).
