Butt Implants Photos

Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD in Los Angeles placed intramuscular buttock implants of 460 cc to accommodate this patient’s wishes.  Muscular or athletic patients or patients with very little fat represent most of Dr. Hughes’s buttock implant patients.  The remainder of the patients have had Brazilian buttlift and are seeking additional augmentation with buttock implants.  Thus, Dr. Hughes operates on very difficult patients who do not have a great deal of fat to camouflage errors made in buttock implant dissection techniques and butt implant placement.  In much larger patients, buttock implants can be camouflaged better by the large amount of subcutaneous fat.
