This patient was a difficult buttock implant revision case in which Dr. Hughes removed superficially placed small implants (150 cc) and recreated an intramuscular pocket with much larger implants (460 cc). Dr. Hughes also liposuctioned the abdomen, sides, and back and transferred fat to the hips for the ultimate transformation.
