This Latino (Hispanic male) rhinoplasty patient represented a complicated revision closed rhinoplasty.  This patient had rhinoplasty several times before, but it did not address his wide tip and alar base. The photo is one week after rhinoplasty with tip refinement (narrowing), columelloplasty, and alar base reduction (reduction in nostrils).   This closed rhinoplasty also addressed his dorsum and elevated his tip.Even this early, the improvement is dramatic and natural, and this typifies the awesome revision rhinoplasty results of Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD in Los Angeles.
