With liposuction of the trunk (360 degree liposuction or liposuction 360), Dr. Hughes was able to reduce the waist of the patient and improve the hourglass appearance. The hips were increased and the patient had fat transfer to the buttocks to improve projection and roundness (Brazilian buttlift, BBL).
